2 Real Estate Records in 1 Week! // Dan’s Daily Dose #246


– Hey guys, I just got a haircut and I’m gonna tell you a
little story about that, but first, I wanna tell you about two records we broke today
that are really cool. So, we ratified the most amount of deals, our team did, in a week, we did 28 deals, in the last seven days, so, I’m super pumped about that,
super excited about that. And, we surpassed last year, so last year we sold 481 homes, this week we got to 483 that
are either closed or ratified, so we are in record territory, and we’re there about four months early. Our hope is to double, so we
need a big Q4 to get there, and we are gonna push hard,
see if we can make it happen, hit that 1,000 closed homes mark. Now, I just got a haircut,
interesting story, and this is the lesson that
I wanna teach you guys today, in this daily dose. The power was out, so I walked by, was gonna get my haircut
at the place I normally do, and it was dark in there, and I was like, well, that’s weird, I don’t
think they close for two hours. So, I checked, you know,
looked on the door, and sure enough, you know,
they said they were open, but the power went out and, you know, most people, maybe they’d shut down, and that’d be it for the day. The people who work there
moved all the chairs close to the windows so
they could get light, there was one guy getting
his haircut, like, around the corner out in the street. So, they were just doing
everything they can to make it happen, right? And, you need to have the same attitude in your business, right? You need to figure out
what your clients want, figure out what the customer wants, and then go and get it. Deliver it, deliver that product, deliver that good or service, no matter what the
external circumstances are. Power, no power, you
know, weather, you know, economy’s good bad,
whatever is going on around, you can figure out a way to
get what your client wants and then go out and get it for them. Just get it done, I got my haircut, I think it looks amazing,
I’m sure you do too. And hopefully, this motivates you in some way, shape, or form, to remember to just get it done when it comes to serving your clients. All right guys, hope you
