  2. US should also sanction the Chinese NGOs in US such as: Confucius Institutes 孔子学院, oversea student associations, 宣傳 media, benevolent associations 同鄉會, trade commissions…etc., most are under Chinese United Front Work Dept 统戰部 or Chinese consulate.
