  1. well they best go after fake fake IRS threats…! they called 2 times to my husband and they did that to me too we have proof we have them on voicemail doing this and we ran the number total fake

  2. Has anyone ever looked up their own public records online? it's surprising how much information one can obtain on these websites! From your phone number to your address and relatives. Enough information for a scammer to steal your SSN and bank information. They should be illegal.

  3. got one for everyone to bug. 407 477 2600 (in Florida?) they already blocked my number twice. claiming to be Visa/MC "credit services" they offered to consolidate my debt and referred to "my account". which I don't have. they call out and pretend to be calling from 724 area code which is local to me.

  4. It's so annoying they call all day mostly using my area code and sometimes my ac and my first 3 numbers if the called at night I would gave these scammers a good tongue lashing by now, I have true caller but it doesn't block them it just tells me it's a scam

  5. Yeah, the phone company knows about this fraud and at least Verizon has the technology to stop it, however, the want to charge $10 a month extra to block spam and spoof calls. It’s the old fashioned mobster mentality. You have to pay for “PROTECTION”. The phone company is most likely COMPLICIT in this scam!

  6. Lol they do this to me.literally everyday like a phone number is going to change the fact thst people can instsntly tell when your being scammed. Its just plain annoying im still wondering how theu even get your number you can always ignore or block but im constantly blocking 100 different numbers and they continue throughout the day this is harassment to anyone they do this to. If i.dont know you why would you expect me to answer your phone call? Especially when they leave no voicemail? No voicemail= not important and if voicemail is scam block. It still doesnt justify that these people are beyond annoying. Im not tryng to be racost or anything but why do all these scammers sound like their outside of America?

And the speedy rushed voice should be a dead give away lol if i even spole like thisnro my mom over the phone she will literally tell you to speak slower before she gives you ANYTHING lol mainly because she cant hear you or understand you that well but it helps avoid things like these lol someone called me like that even if its a family member id ask more questions before popping out information like this woman did what mother gives her son or any relative their information that quick i kniw i wouldnt even if i know whos calling lol cant even trust family members not to steal your identity. But inguess this would only happen to those that domt think twice about whos on the other end.

  7. Should I Answer is a good app. Shows any numbers the community rates as spam and you have the option of auto hang up without going to voicemail. I don't even have my name on my outgoing message anymore.

  8. Unless they're spoofing for a legitimate reason.

What friggin reason could possibly be legitimate??

Fcc needs to crush this garbage NOW.

  9. Problem is they cant go after most of them legally, as most of the scam calls are coming out of India. And india's government does not really care (That and scamming widely accepted in their culture).

  10. I screen all my calls so they won't ever scam me. I will verify by calling the real person back. So there take that scammers !!!

  11. I’ve got t-mobile.
What if they’re calling from your phone number except the last 4 digits are different and keep changing and they don’t say anything when you answer?

  12. Lol somebody tried to get my information on Snapchat
    Scammer:What's your password?
Me: I e extfcgvugbgg ywbuhzijzjxij dhdgdgdbg sunshine sndnnrbcenhmsmzimdruhn I xjjsndhfjxjzjahwjekfhfvfc ed🐅🐗🐃🐖🐯🐃🐗🙂😗😋😁😘😗😁😄😎😂🐃
    Scammer:Really sir?
Me:Wait did you just call me me sir? IM A WOMAN!!!
    Scammer:Remove me as a friend
    Me:Remove him
    That was just amazing
A few hours later I messaged him saying "Sorry for net letting you back into my account scammer."

  13. I never pick up the numbers that look like mine. Except my dad. He has a number that is only about ten away from me.

Btw: website probably used to spoof his number: fireRTC
    Also text-now.

Use true caller. It's a great app

  15. Even though I installed a CPRCallblocker v5000 my mom still gets 5 to 10 spoofed local phone number calls a day. I've already blocked over 230 different phone numbers in the last few months.

  16. I just got a call from someone.
"This is Sherri and we have a package with your name on it."
    Me-"Um, What?"
Them- "This is Sherri and we have a package with your name on it in India."
    Me- "Uh…No, you probably don't"
    They hung up instantly.
Turns out, the phone number they spoofed is registered to our local school district. I'm not sure why the school district would be calling a guy with no kids about a package he left in India, but yeah sure I'm gonna send them my money. Why not?

  17. Yeah I got the IRS when I told him I have so much money hidden away and they're going to have to come help me get it it's too heavy

  18. hello everybody, i'm a successful lady who has been in the US marine for years now, i was a victim of an online scam because i needed an hacker to help me check my family's joint account, my husband was sending out a lot of money to people i don't know and i got scammed off a'lot of money while trying to find an hacker to help me find out the truth until i searched the web one day and found H A C K P R O F F E S S I O N A L @ OUTLOOK COM who helped me find out the truth and i was able to figure things out and no this didn't break my home so all thanks to the real hackers out there who really get things done.. you can also call this hacker on phone +1 678 639 9432 Call them for anything relating to online hacking and bank accounts. they are the best.. good luck they also give tutorials on how to be an ethical hacker!

  19. Here's what you should do….DIRT NAP! NUKE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What are you all waiting for? An engraved invitation? CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. This is getting annoying, I just ask them to state the full name of the person they want to talk to, and they just hang up, and the guy from the fcc just said a bunch of bs, technically they aren't doing anything about it.

  21. I always give false information, name, age & everything. I even pretend that I don't speak English, & speak in a foriegn language that I made up.😎

  22. Area code? The code in my country is all the same, and I never answer unknown number, everytime it rings, I stand at the corner of my room in slient waiting for it to stop ringing.

  23. Unreal. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am a senior and get phone calls daily from scammers. Will pass this on to friends.

  24. Ha! The IRS is processing tax returns from people who use stolen social security numbers anyway so who cares? …. If the government isn't concerned about your social security number then what can we do?
