How to change your iPhone wallpaper — Apple Support


See a happy memory every time
you look at your iPhone. Here’s how to set a photo
you love as your wallpaper. To start, open Settings. Scroll down and tap Wallpaper. And then tap
Choose a New Wallpaper. You can choose one of the images
that’s built into iOS or something from your own
photo library. If you’re using an iPhone
that has 3D Touch, you can also select a Live Photo
from your Live Photos album. Let’s go with this one. If the image doesn’t quite
fit the screen, you can pinch to zoom in or out
or drag to move it. If your image is too small,
it may not move or scale. Next, choose a display option
for your wallpaper. You can choose Still,
so the photo doesn’t move; Perspective, so the wallpaper
moves when you tilt your screen; or Live Photo, so when
you press firmly on the screen, the lock screen animates. We’ll choose Live Photo. ♪ Music playing ♪ When your wallpaper looks good,
tap Set. Then set the photo as your Lock

  1. I have changed my wallpaper a few times now but I can't manage to get rid of the thick, black notch at the top of my screen. I have already tried different colors, but still… 😓 It's even worse when I switch to full screen view. All my videos have this issue. Please help me. Thanks in advance! Very irritable to press then see animation, if someone choose to live wallpaper that’s mean people wanna live not like this press to see , people know this animation consume lots of battery, those people don’t care of battery for them important live wallpapers show all time animation, and please apple add lot of live HD wallpapers for iPhone , I hope apple do this soon, thank you

  3. There are a few theories about the iPhone Xs and iOS 12 wallpaper in 2017 video
    1/ They have been hiding this video for along time.
    2/ The original video is the iPhone 8 frame and iOS 11, then Apple asked youtube to replace the video with iPhone Xs version with iOS 12
    3/ The video is publically released but no one know the Apple Support channel, or they have been hiding the channel for a long time

  4. They probably asked YouTube to update the video because the background colour on the preview thing is different to the rest in 2017
