Hi, in this video you’ll learn how to read
your residential paper bill. Let’s go ahead and get started.
On the first page, you will see your Account Summary information which includes the account
number used to pay for services by phone, the PIN Number otherwise known as a personal
identification number , the due date, and the total amount due. In the lower section of page 1 under Payment
Stub you will find the total amount due and the due date, of your payment. Remove this
section and return with your payment by mail to the address provided. The second page explains the many ways you
can pay your frontier bill and important consumer messages. On the third page, you will be able to see
your bill broken down into multiple sections: Frontier Monthly Service Charges, Other Service
Charges And Credits and Taxes And Other Charges. The Frontier Monthly Service Charges displays
the billing service dates of your current monthly charges. Your telephone package and
High Speed Internet package are included under this section. If you chose a Price Protection
plan, the start and end dates will be listed to the right of the packages.
Under Other Service Charges And Credits you will be able to view other various charges
including Prorated Charges detailing dates of proration. Prorated charges happen when
you add or remove services from your account. If you add a new service you are billed from
the first day of the new service. If you remove a service, you stop paying for it right away.
That means your next bill may include a full month of the new service, plus each day you
had the new service before the new billing cycle began. Or, if you removed a service
in the middle of a billing cycle, your next bill may include a reduced cost for the days
you still had that service. Taxes And Other Charges summarize Federal
Taxes and Charges and State Taxes and Charges. The Subtotal of the Frontier Monthly Service
Charges, Other Service Charges And Credits, and Taxes And Other Charges—added together
amounts to the total current charges of the bill.
The fourth page shows the Details of taxes and other charges on the left side and Important
Customer Information on the right side. The important Customer Information section
discloses information applicable to your account. That’s it!
