Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Signal Antenna Repair Guide

Release the Antenna cable. Loosen the side of supporting frame, and make a gap. Use Guitar Pick to keep the gap. Take out the worn antenna from the holders. Keep the gap. The shorter one should be connected to Motherboard. Tighten up the holders. Not clear enough? Let’s enlarge it. Here is the holder on the frame. Connect the cable.

  1. Hi! I've followed your replacement tutorial for the LCD screen replacement of my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. Everything works perfectly, however, my network signal seems to be very low (note: wifi works fine). If I'm not in open space, I can't get connection to the network, so I can't make phone calls or text anyone… Would this signal antenna be the problem, or is another piece damaged? I tried some research, but can't really find what hardware problem might cause this in this phone. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

  2. hi … my xepria M4 has network issues .. like when l use the sim in M4 it hardly show any signal but as in the same time l put the sim in other phone it shows full signal. l try ever thing's from the setting but not point so it would nice if you did give some advice … oh ya l love your video .. nice and kool…

    Cant connect it to pc, cant update it, camera and flash not working,
    broken charging port and now bluetooth and wifi problems.
